At Team Solutions our focus is teambuilding with a very different approach. A team consists of a group of individuals, and the wellbeing of

each person determines the overall wellness of the team. If the team is going to be a strong and well-functioning group, then it is imperative that

each “part”/member of the team function at their optimum.

Our focus in working with the individual is to ensure that they are as close to their absolute best as possible. If the positive attributes of an individual are not identified at the early stage of the relationship, then we are only left with the challenges of dealing with the differences that will inevitably arise at some later point in the relationship.

While great emphasis is placed on work uniforms and personal appearance, we place a dedicated emphasis on the person in the Uniform. We use the personality profile assessment to identify the dominant traits of the leaders and their subordinates. The better each individual know themselves and their teammates, the better the team functions.
